We've worked with A&A Surplus for years, and they continue to be a great partner. I had a very small, last-minute order for one of our customers in Connecticut, and Bryan took great care of us. Small orders aren't always convenient, but he turned it around quickly and provided excellent service. Since A&A is local, my customer was able to pick up the material, which saved both time and freight costs. As a fellow rack and shelving distributor, I really appreciate companies that go the extra mile, regardless of order size. Thanks again, Bryan!

The entire crew at A & A Warehouse was excellent to work with. Not only was I impressed by their excellent availability and stock inventory, but also by their clear and effective communication. They went above and beyond expectation, all within a fair pricing window. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone in the industry.

A & A Surplus did an outstanding job from start to finish. From the first point of contact through the completion of our shelving project, everything was handled with professionalism and attention to detail. They delivered exactly what they promised, and their team was incredibly accommodating throughout the entire process. Truly a great group of people to work with. I will definitely be using them again for future projects. Thank you to the entire staff for an excellent job!

We have worked with A&A Surplus on 4 separate occasions. For this new project, we required racking in a short time frame. Jim Ambrose, whom we have worked with previously, went above and beyond to help us with our order. We receive a quote and signed off on the order in a matter of hours.

Thank you for helping our team stay organized. We highly recommend A&A Surplus as the go to equipment supplier.

Extremely satisfied with A&A Surplus. I had to relocate a warehouse and provide replacement racking for the new location. A&A Surplus helped me manage this process from my home location in TN. They were extremely communicative during the entire process and were proactive in helping me avoid some road bumps due to some oversights that I had made. Jim especially worked constantly to make sure that we had everything we needed, including last second adjustments, to begin our move and be ready for business. Thank you A&A Surplus for your dedication to your craft!

Working with A&A Surplus has been an absolutely great experience from start to finish. The purchasing process was smooth, communication was clear, and delivery was handled quickly and professionally.

A special shout-out to Jason, who has been awesome throughout the entire process. He answered every question, made sure everything went smoothly, and truly went above and beyond.

I look forward to working with A&A Surplus again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality products and exceptional service.

Jim at A&A was great to work with! Responded quickly and answered any and all questions that we had regarding our cantilever racking system. Looking forward to working with him again on any other projects that we have coming down the line.
