In minutes you are ready to load or unload freight. Solid 18″ rubber tires provide easy positioning and towing. Open serrated steel grating provides excellent traction while preventing build-up of snow, water, and other debris. Beveled approach provides a smooth transition. For truck or railcar to ground applications choose a 36’ unit including a level off. Choose a 30’ straight design for quick loading from dock to ground.

Hydraulic Pump
The hydraulic system allows for smooth and quick raising of the front lip to the proper dock or trailer height. Simply open the release valve to safely lower the unit into position. The pump is mounted internally to protect it from accidental damage.
Undercarriage Assembly
Tubular steel box undercarriage assembly.
18″ solid rubber pneumatic profile tires.
Grating, Serrated for Traction
Serrated grating provides excellent traction and the open design prevents buildup of water, snow, oil, grease and miscellaneous debris. The lower end approach plate provides maximum support and smooth transition onto the
ramp grating surface.
Safety Chain
Standard safety chains hold Yardramp securely to the trailer or dock.
Docking equipment is a crucial component of warehouse storage, allowing for the efficient loading and unloading of goods from trucks and other vehicles. Dock equipment typically includes loading dock levelers, dock seals, shelters, vehicle restraints, and dock lights.
Loading dock levelers are used to bridge the gap between the warehouse floor and the truck bed, ensuring a smooth transition for the forklifts and other equipment used to move goods. Dock equipment seals and shelters provide a tight seal around the truck, preventing weather and other elements from entering the warehouse while also improving energy efficiency.
Vehicle restraints are used to secure the truck from the dock, preventing it from accidentally pulling away during loading or unloading. Dock equipment lights are used to illuminate the loading area, making it easier for workers to see and avoid potential hazards.
There are many different types of docking equipment available, including hydraulic and mechanical levelers, air-powered dock seals, and automatic vehicle restraints. Choosing the right equipment for a warehouse will depend on a variety of factors, including the size and type of goods being stored, the frequency and volume of deliveries, and the layout of the warehouse itself.
Properly maintained and functional docking equipment is essential for the smooth and safe operation of a warehouse. Regular inspections and maintenance can help ensure that this equipment is in good working order, reducing the risk of accidents and minimizing downtime due to equipment failures.
