Where do you deliver and install?
Our crew installs in Connecticut, Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, New York, Rhode Island and New Jersey. We also ship by freight outside the Northeast. Call 1-800-826-5326 for a freight quote.
Should I buy new or used?
Used costs 30-50% less and works well when the frames are straight and the beams match. New makes sense for a specific size, a large matched order or a firm delivery date. We can quote both, or mix new beams with used uprights.
Do you buy used equipment?
Yes. If you're closing, moving or clearing out a building, we buy used pallet rack, shelving and other material handling equipment and handle the removal.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes. Order pickup at 389 Marion Ave in Plantsville runs Monday to Thursday, 7:30 to 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 to 3:30 p.m., and Fridays 7:30 a.m. to noon. Walk-ins are welcome Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
