Structural Cantilever Assembly Instructions
Please see below for some drawings/pictures to aid in constructing the structural cantilever racks. Below will help to know what hardware and quantities go with each item as well.
- Each tower to base connection will need (4) ¾” x 13-1/4” Studs w/ (3) each Nuts, lock washers & flat washers per stud. Studs go in bottom 4 through holes as seen in attached picture.

- If single-sided, these studs will go through the back of the tower and connect to the supplied assembly bracket seen in attached picture.
- If double-sided, these studs will share through two bases and the tower.

2. Each tower to base connection will need (2) ¾” x 2-1/4” Bolts w/ (1) each Nut, lock washer & flat washer per bolt. Bolts go in the top two through holes as seen in attached picture.
3. Each connected tower will get (4) Horizontal Braces & (4) Diagonal Braces

- Horizontal braces need (4) 3/8” x 1-1/4” bolt & nut. (Multiple connected towers in a row will share these bolts through the tower.)
- Two Diagonal braces need (5) 3/8” x 1-1/4” bolt & nut. 4 Will connect the diagonals to the horizontals and 1 will connect the diagonals in the middle to make an X.

4. Each Arm to tower connection will need (4) ¾” x 2-1/4” Bolts w/ (1) each Nut, lock washer & flat washer per bolt.
5. Anchoring

- Each single-sided system will have (4) concrete anchors per base and (2) per base to tower assembly bracket. (6 per tower and base setup)
- Each double-sided system will have (4) concrete anchors per base on both sides of the tower. (8 per tower and double base setup)
