Terms:
Used Items : C.O.D
New Items : 25% deposit required,  Balance C.O.D
Special or Custom Fabrication Items : 50% deposit,  Balance C.O.D, Deposit Non-Refundable


Returns:
Returns require written authorization from A&A Surplus.   If authorized:
    -Merchandise must be returned freight prepaid
    -A 20% restocking fee applies.  
    -Buyer will be issued a merchandise credit (good for 1 year)

    Note: No returns on custom fabricated or special order items


Freight:
FOB Shipping point

Availability:
All used equipment is quoted subject to prior sale

Condition of used Equipment:
All equipment is available for viewing in person, or over the internet.  The buyer is responsible for
final determination on the suitability of the equipment for his/her needs.   A&A Surplus is not
responsible for wear in paint, scratches, stickers, labels, bar coding,  and/or writing on equipment.

Damage and Shortages :
Buyer must carefully count and inspect equipment upon
pickup or delivery.   Any shortages or damage must be addressed at time of delivery
or pickup and noted specifically on bill of lading or sales receipt.
